General Services
What services do you provide?
We handle all the behind-the-scenes details so your furry friend can safely be part of your big day. Our goal is to provide everything you and your pup need! General Services includes day care, overnight care, feeding, walking, hiking, play time, transportation to and from event / rehearsal / reception, wedding outfits, grooming, escort during wedding, provisions for ring-bearing or walking down aisle, coordination with event staff / planners, and much more! Your imagination is the limit! And of course, we will provide you with a constant stream of cute pics during your pup’s time in our care!
How much do your services cost?
We offer competitive pricing for all services. Every wedding / event / party is different and the needs of every dog vary widely, so contact us with what your needs are and we will make the perfect package!
What areas do you service? Will you go to _____?
We are a small operation, currently operating in the San Luis Obispo County area. If you are in a nearby location, contact us and we may be able to accommodate you.
Do you provide transportation for my dog to and from?
Yes! We will get your pup where they need to be on-time and looking sharp! We’re basically your dog’s wedding day Uber, without the surge pricing!
Do you carry insurance for pet care?
Yes! We are fully insured and can provide a COI for your venue.
Do you do cats? Can you do _____ (animal)?
While our specialty is certainly dogs, we have extensive experience with horses and many other animals. Let us know what you’re thinking and we can get creative!
Planning and Logistics
How far in advance should we book?
As soon as you know your date! Popular weekends fill up fast, and we want plenty of time to plan the perfect day. Once we figure out the perfect plan, we just need a deposit and your date is confirmed.
What information do you need about my dog beforehand?
We will have a pre-wedding discussion to gather the need information about your dog like: feeding schedule, dietary restrictions, medications, temperament, preferred vets, and of course their favorite toys and treats!
Do you require a meet-and-greet with my dog before the wedding?
No meet and greet is required. However, if you would like to meet us beforehand, just let us know!
What happens if my dog gets anxious or nervous during the event?
Your pup’s comfort always comes first. If they start to feel overwhelmed, we’ll gently guide them to a quiet spot for a break, offer water and calming reassurance, and adjust their role as needed. That might be taking them for a quick walk, some soothing snuggles or play time, or simply keeping them nearby but out of the spotlight. Our goal is to keep tails wagging and stress levels low.
Day-Of Details
Who will actually be with my dog on the wedding day?
Arianna herself or one of our trusted doggy assistants. Whether it’s a quick cameo or full day care, we’ll keep your pup happy, hydrated, healthy, and loved while you celebrate stress-free.
Will you coordinate with the wedding planner / photographer?
Absolutely! We will work with your planner, photographer, and/or other vendors to make sure your dog’s moments fit seamlessly into the day. From timing the perfect photo op, to cueing their big aisle debut, we handle the details so you simply enjoy the magic.
Do you provide treats, water and waste bags?
Yes, yes, and yes! We come prepared with water, treats, toys, waste bags, leashes and whatever else you can dream up. We have a variety of tasty treats that your dog will love (gluten free and vegan options available). If your pup has any dietary restrictions, let us know and we’ll find them something great!
Do you work with venues that have pet restrictions?
We sure do! Many venues have a “no pet” policy but allow dogs for the wedding ceremony. We are happy to adhere to their requests while letting your dog be the best guest ever.
